Russell Clark – President and CEO

Having been part of the Spire team since inception eight years ago, Russell Clark is integral as Senior Project Manager. Not only efficiently managing construction projects, Russell also acts as lead estimator for the company. Russell’s strengths and experience lie within commercial construction – constructing buildings from the ground up and engaging in complex renovations of existing buildings. He has built millions of square feet of commercial and industrial buildings and hundreds of thousands square feet of office space. He is driven by Spire’s commitment to continually improve and reach the high standards set for both company and client projects.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management. He is the recent recipient of the Stantec Award for Construction Management through the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Russell is also currently pursuing Masters of Business Administration degrees from both Queen’s University and Cornell University. Recently married, Russell and his wife are active in the outdoors.
